The labor
company.
Fantom Robotics exists for one reason: the work exists and the workers don't. We build GHOST, a full-size humanoid engineered to disappear into the dull, the dirty, and the dangerous, and we deploy it as labor, not as a demo.
We are the robotics division of Fantom, an American aerospace, software, and robotics group headquartered in Stowe, Vermont. Fantom builds real machines that ship: the Fantom X personal eVTOL taking reservations today, the FantomCARGO autonomous logistics aircraft, and the Fantom Command operations platform. GHOST is the same doctrine walking on two legs: own the design, own the actuators, own the intelligence, own the experience, from the joints to the foundation policy running on board.
// FANTOM AEROFlight hardware
Carbon structures, motors, batteries, and a brand people already reserve with deposits. fantom.aero →
// FANTOM COMMANDOperations software
Robot-agnostic command, patrol, and monitoring software, the control plane every deployed fleet needs, built in-house.
// FANTOM ROBOTICSThe labor layer
GHOST completes the stack: hardware, software, and the service revenue that sits on top of both.
Own the hard parts. Full-size humanoid platforms have become a supply chain. Capability has not. We own the parts that decide whether the machine is worth anything: the actuators and the joints they drive, the hands, the head and its 360° perception ring, the energy system, and the policy running on board. What we buy in is what anyone can buy in, and none of it is the reason a shift gets covered. That is how a small team in Vermont moves at a pace measured in months.
We sell shifts, not robots. GHOST deploys as Robotics-as-a-Service: a monthly rate per unit, priced against the loaded cost of the shift it covers, starting with facilities patrol on our own Fantom Command software. Pilot partnerships are open →
